The desert and Hot Springs

We left L.A last night at about 7:00 and drove to a town called Desert Hot Springs which is next to palm springs. We are spending the day hear so Jeremy can edit and we can go to the hot springs later. We found a place that lets you come in for the day for $3 dollars and it is open till 10:00, sweet. Last night felt like the first night of really being on the road because we don't really have any one we are staying with until New York. We will probably find a few people on couchsurfer.com to let us use there shower along the way. Last night we drove around till we found open wireless and then watched movies on my computer till we wanted to go to bed. What a hard life. Tomorrow we are going to drive around the Salton See and hit up another Hot spring that is off some dirt road and it is just a hot pond under some palm trees and in the middle of the desert. My kind of place.
